The responsibilities for this role will include
- Manage AR transactions, customer billing, cash applications, and collections
- Maintain AR aging and resolve customer payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
- Assist with credit reviews, reporting, and audit requests
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and/or Collections experience
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- NetSuite experience is a strong plus
