Key Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 4 years’ experience in Service Now Demand Module
3. 4 years of experience querying databases for information in order to create charts, spreadsheet, etc for stake holders
4. 4 years’ experience using Microsoft Co-pilot
5. Great verbal skills and can write well on pen and paper
6. Related IT Experience without degree
7. IT Project knowledge
