What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and franchisor standards
- Partner with national franchisor marketing teams to align campaigns and influence system-wide initiatives
- Represent the organization in franchise marketing committees and co-ops
- Lead localized marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand relevance across markets
- Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social media, local store marketing, partnerships, and in-store activation
- Direct marketing efforts for new restaurant openings, from pre-launch through sustained growth
- Establish and lead a robust analytics framework to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to ensure seamless execution at the restaurant level
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation
- Partner with enterprise marketing leadership to align priorities, share insights, and scale best practices across brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
- Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
