What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance our recruitment efforts, ensuring the highest quality hires for KBP Brands.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, fostering diverse applicant pools through various channels.
- Maintain a relentless focus on finding the best talent, demonstrating exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment processes and technologies to attract top candidates.
- 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting for multiple locations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of ATS and recruiting platforms, showcasing your tech-savvy nature.
- A sense of urgency and a can-do attitude, coupled with a deep desire to discover and hire the best talent in the industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail operations is preferred but not required, showcasing your understanding of the unique demands of our industry.
