Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Light landscaping duties.
- Pool cleaning and chemical tracking/ adjusting.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Read and interpret technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems.
- Conduct residential painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and other general maintenance tasks to uphold property standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or maintenance emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role within the hospitality or manufacturing industry.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Ability to read and document pool chemicals.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective collaboration across departments.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
