Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs according to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Perform basic repairs that do not require specialized technicians. Examples may include painting, plumbing, fixtures and basic building repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Requirements
