Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing plumbing concerns.
- Accurately diagnose issues and recommend solutions to homeowners.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
