What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Kayser Chrysler Center?
- Meet customers in the service drive to assist with their service needs.
- Document all necessary repairs with-in our data system.
- Collect pertinent information about the customer and their vehicle
- Provide effective communication to customers regarding their repair through preparing estimates. Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and always being cognitive of the customers time and needs.
- Complete invoicing for billing in a procedural manner.
- All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
