Responsibilities:- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
