Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including vacuuming and mopping to restore shine and cleanliness.
- Maintain restroom sanitation by disinfecting sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures regularly.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas to reduce germs and dust buildup.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and ensuring proper recycling procedures are followed.
- Use janitorial supplies responsibly, ensuring proper storage and inventory management of cleaning products.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and environmentally friendly practices is desirable.
