Cleaning Technician (As Needed)
Position Type: Part-Time / As Needed
Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Hours vary based on business needs)
Position Summary
Batiste Cleaning Service, LLC is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean residential and commercial properties according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and other interior surfaces as assigned
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Report maintenance concerns or property damage to management
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
- Perform other cleaning-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be able to follow directions and company procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work in various indoor environments
