We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will install systems to the highest standards while supervising and mentoring other installers.
Pay Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Schedule 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required)
Position Summary Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing an outstanding customer experience. Supervise and lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality, timely job completion.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team
- HVAC technical school certification preferred
- Proficient in installing gas pipe and refrigeration pipe
- Strong skills in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
- Able to train, mentor, and supervise other installers
- Exceptional safety knowledge and practices
- General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
- EPA Certification
- Must obtain and maintain all installer-based NATE certifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Well-organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
