We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact on a growing local company.
Position Summary You will be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts - turning ideas into action by supporting digital campaigns, content creation, events, reporting, and brand consistency. You'll also assist with scheduling and light customer service as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media)
- Manage content calendars and assist with content creation
- Coordinate events, vendors, and media outreach
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics
- Support branding initiatives, research, and special marketing projects
- Assist with scheduling and customer service tasks as needed
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), CMS (WordPress), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on data
- Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM (5.5 hours/day)
- Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
