Duration: 14 Months Contract

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Consultant with extensive implementation expertise to join a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and solution design experience across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules and have successfully led multiple end-to-end implementations in complex manufacturing environments.
This role requires a strong consultant who can engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle Fusion SCP applications, support testing activities, and drive successful deployments.
Candidates must have completed at least 6 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCP implementations and possess strong solution design expertise.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion SCP solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Work closely with business users to optimize supply chain planning processes and forecasting strategies.
• Configure and support:
  • Oracle Fusion Demand Management
  • Oracle Fusion Supply Planning
• Develop and validate forecasting, supply-demand balancing, and planning strategies.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SCM teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in travel during critical project milestones, including design sessions, testing, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications
Must Have

• 6 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCP implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Demand Management.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning.
• Proven expertise in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design.
• Hands-on experience in Configure-to-Order (CTO) environments.
• Experience supporting UAT, Training, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and provide functional leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Replenishment Planning.
• Experience in large-scale global Oracle Fusion implementations.

Preferred Experience

• 12 years of Oracle SCP consulting experience.
• Experience completing 6-8 Oracle Fusion SCP implementation cycles.
• Strong background in manufacturing, planning, forecasting, and supply-demand balancing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
