Job Title: Cutover Analyst-Endur / APM
Location: Houston, TX (Remote if comfortable for travel)
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for a Cutover Analyst-Endur / APM who will serve as the boots on the ground, working directly with clients under the guidance of the Cutover Lead. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in cutover planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of standard APM responsibilities and proven experience supporting cutover activities for Endur implementations within complex environments.
Your Impact
- Act as the primary on-site resource during cutover activities, ensuring smooth execution under the direction of the Cutover Lead.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare, validate, and execute cutover plans, specifically for Endur system implementations.
- Track and report progress of cutover tasks, escalating issues promptly.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to cutover activities.
- Ensure all dependencies and prerequisites for cutover are met, including Endur configuration, data migration, and integration readiness.
- Support post-cutover activities, including validation, issue resolution, and stabilization.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the cutover process.
Your Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in cutover planning and execution for large-scale implementations.
- Required: Experience working with Endur (Openlink) implementations, including cutover or go-live support.
- Strong understanding of standard APM responsibilities, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or large system implementations is a plus.
Pay Range: 80 - 104/Hr.
