Viceroy, Inc. is currently hiring for a Financial Data Reporting Analyst! We are looking for a candidate that is reliable, trainable and has excellent attention to detail.
The Financial Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining all Crystal Reports for the Vista Viewpoint ERP system. This role will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical reporting skills with a solid understanding of financial principles and business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties and responsibilities listed below. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Develop, design, and maintain financial reports using Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Load and Update ODS and OLAP Tables. Process OLAP Cube, ACA, and T4 Support Queries. Quebec RL1 Data Export. Install Current Avantax and Import RL1 Data. Verify, create and print RL1 slips. Create Tax files and import to Quebec Revenue Department.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and / or relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics or Statistics and / or relevant experience.
- Experience / Education in both is a plus
Required Experience/Skills
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related roles.
- Experience or expertise in Crystal Reports (designing, modifying, and troubleshooting
- reports).
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting best practices.
- Experience creating, modifying, and optimizing SQL stored procedures for financial reporting and data analysis
Required Skills/ Attributes
- Experience with SQL or other database query tools.
- Familiarity with Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS reporting standards.
- Understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of financial reporting principles and best practices.
- Ability to query data from databases using SQL, especially complex stored procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Craft Union report development for construction industry.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries and working with stored procedures to extract and manipulate data.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and stored procedures to support reporting and system integrations.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
