Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and consolidates monthly revenue trends, sales KPIs, sales trends.
- Assists in preparing monthly and annual financial metrics for strategic growth initiatives.
- Presents Sales performance reports, including variances, KPIs, and business insights.
- Identifies risks and opportunities, and proactively recommends actions.
- Evaluates Growth KPIs to track business performance.
- Partners with Finance and Sales to align financials metrics with operational goals and strategies.
- Performs rolling forecasts based on market and operational inputs.
- Supports the consolidation and analysis of annual budgets.
- Conducts ad-hoc financial and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and business decisions.
- Drives enhancements to financial models, reporting processes, and planning systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality.
- Utilizes ERP and BI tools to gather and analyze data.
- Helps streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiencies.
- Ensures data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, finance or related.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a regional/global finance team.
