- Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers
- Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
- Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
- Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field and in the supervision craft personnel
- Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
