What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Coordinator position at Kaygen, Inc.?
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with industrial robot installation and commissioning, from equipment delivery through production handoff
- OSHA 10 certification
- Electrical safety practices for energized and high-voltage work, including arc-flash awareness
- Contract negotiation and construction administration experience
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) as they will be responsible for reporting up to the VP level
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Added bonus:
- Very strong preference for prior Our Client or Our Client-supplier experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Prior experience with Our Client Kanban
- Understanding of Our Client regulations surrounding:
- Construction/site safety and environmental rules
- Contractor compliance expectations
- Standards for working on Our Client property
- Reporting, documentation, and approval processes
Salary : $50 - $55
