Key Responsibilities Microsoft Office Specialist / IT Trainer:
- Serve as a firmwide Microsoft Office and document technology resource, supporting attorneys and staff across practice groups
- Perform complex document revisions including redlines, comparisons, formatting cleanup, and court-compliant document production
- Train and onboard staff on Microsoft Office tools, workflows, and best practices; create supporting training materials and guides
- Manage advanced formatting using styles, templates, tables of contents/authorities, and large document organization
- Create and maintain presentations and spreadsheets for client materials, reporting, and data tracking
- Develop and standardize templates, macros, and formatting best practices to improve efficiency and consistency
- Troubleshoot document and formatting issues, acting as the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges
Qualifications for Microsoft Office Specialist / IT Trainer:
- 3 years of experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong focus on document formatting, revisions, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Experience producing and editing complex, high-volume documents with a high degree of accuracy
- Prior experience training, mentoring, or supporting users on software, systems, or workflows preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve document and formatting issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
