Responsibilities for Business Development & Conference Services Coordinator:
- Provide administrative and operational support across business development and client service functions
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics across teams and departments
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional administrative and client support
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Conduct general research to support reporting, business development initiatives, and internal information needs
- Prepare and distribute recurring reports and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics across teams and departments
- Support the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and client-facing activities, both on- and off-site
Qualifications for Business Development & Conference Services Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- 6 months of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related professional environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
