Duties

- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Support toddlers and preschoolers with specialized care strategies, including early intervention techniques for children with additional needs or disabilities.
- Maintain detailed lesson plans, progress records, and assessments aligned with educational standards such as Montessori or other pedagogical frameworks.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding each child’s progress, behavior, and welfare.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to childcare regulations, health protocols, and safety procedures at all times.
