Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee)
Kays Compartments Cleaning (KCC) is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technicians to provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout Houston, Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Spring, and surrounding areas. This is a W-2 employee position offering consistent scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services, including homes, apartments, offices, and other facilities.
- Follow KCC's standardized cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Complete photo documentation for quality control when required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Texas driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Smartphone with reliable internet access required.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
- Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
