Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience, including product recommendations and inquiries.
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management software, handling cash drawer operations with precision.
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products, services, and retail lending options to meet customer needs.
• Manage data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and loan processing using financial software systems.
• Assist customers with banking-related transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan collections.
• Handle retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and cash handling to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive.

Experience

• Previous retail store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and data entry accuracy.
• Experience working with financial services or banking transactions is a plus.
• Ability to operate cash registers, POS systems, and financial software efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in cash management and loan processing.

Pay: From $15.10 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 28.0 per week
