Job Description

This position is part of the Corporate Financial Team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Process bank deposits and maintain client accounts
2. Process vendor payments
3. Preparation of monthly invoicing
4. Maintaining inventory system
5. Record financial transactions and maintain the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
6. Assist with financial data entry for preparing financial statements, audits,  and analysis of financial transactions.
7. Provides administrative support for various tasks for the accounting team.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures in accordance with GAAP
2. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team member
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Education and Experience:

1. Associate’s degree in accounting preferred.
2. Two (2) plus years of accounting experience required.
3. Experience with automated accounting/payroll systems is desirable.
