Responsibilities:
Perform Fixed Asset Accounting for Kautex Inc.Responsible for Government ReportingAssist in the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processesAssist in the monthly consolidation of Kautex IncReconcile and analyze General Ledger AccountsBilling for Kautex Inc.Processing, Investigating A/P and A/R including Bad Debts
Team lead for complex A/P issues
Set up manual invoice (Tools, Development Services, Prototypes) as neededAccount ClearingEnsure compliance with the Textron and Kautex policies and procedures
Weekly KPI'sCBU Volumes update weeklyCash AppMonthly Volumes forecastAd hoc/projects
Qualifications
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1 - 2 years of experience with Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing settingSAP R/3 experience is a plusExperience with MS products, especially MS Excel
