This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys month-end close, journal entries, and solving complex accounting issues in a collaborative corporate environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end accruals.
• Process daily revenue journal entries from a third-party system into the ERP.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist with prepaid accounting and other general accounting projects.
• Support month-end close and analyze financial activity against prior periods.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience preparing journal entries and month-end accruals.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and workbook management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while communicating effectively with the team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or multi-entity accounting experience.
• Oracle PeopleSoft experience.
