We are looking to hire 1-2 Junior Commercial brokers with tenacity, grit, and passion to learn and grow in commercial real estate sales. The available brokerage positions will enable individuals to work with and learn from top-producing industry leaders within a dynamic company culture and collaborative team environment. At Kaufman Hagan, our brokers are our clients; we are investing in you, we want to invest with you, and we are here to serve you.

This is a Full-Time, commission-based position.

• Support to leverage our best asset. We provide the tools needed to effectively build your business, including comprehensive access to all the best industry resources, as well as an on-site, full-time marketing and content creation team available daily to support your business, as well as a transaction coordinator, analyst, and research staff.
• We foster a culture of positivity and gratitude; our office space is modern, sleek, and filled with energy and lively music, as well as centrally located in downtown Denver. We provide several daily amenities for our brokers, including an in-office basketball court, a fully stocked kitchen and bar, and the space to be productive with the team or hold calls privately. We are creating an environment where our brokers take what they need that day. 
• We provide daily in-office coaching as well as an intentional, standardized mentorship program. Our seasoned leaders help our brokers overcome mental barriers to growth, hold them accountable for their goals, and guide them through the day-to-day obstacles that arise in their business.
