The successful candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of a case including drafting pleadings, discoveries, corresponding with clients and counsel, attending inspections, conducting depositions, motion practice, oral argument, court conferences, mediations/settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients in diverse gerneral liability insurance defense matters including, but not limited to, premices liability and NY Labor Law construction accident cases, delivering strategic representation across a broad spectrum of claims and disputes
- Independently manage a full litigation caseload from initial filing through final resolution in a collaborative setting, demonstrating strong case management and legal acumen
- Conduct court appearances, depositions, and motion practice with confidence and precision, ensuring effective advocacy at every stage of litigation
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New York
- Minimum of one year of experience in insurance defense and general liability litigation
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong academic background coupled with excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
