Responsibilities:
- Independently handle all phases of employment litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
- Manage matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims
- Advise and counsel employers on workplace issues, compliance, and risk management
- Develop litigation strategy and maintain strong client relationships
- Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
- Admission to practice in New Jersey required; New York admission is a plus
- Strong experience handling matters in state and federal court
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Superior academic credentials and strong attention to detail
- Experience counseling employers on employment law compliance and workplace policies preferred

Salary : $160,000 - $195,000
