The Role:
Join our production team as an Assembler! No experience? No problem – we provide full training. You’ll help build high-quality products through assembly, sub-assembly, and finishing processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools (soldering included when needed)
- Inspect your own work and report any defects
- Follow visual aids or drawings to build sample pieces
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Learn new tasks across departments (cross-training)
- Complete tasks on schedule with minimal supervision

- Comfortable with light physical work (up to 35 lbs) and repetitive tasks
