Local professional property management company is seeking an On-Site Manager/Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Verona, Wi, Prairie Oaks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, overall upkeep of the community and property, maintenance repairs, unit turns, leasing, resident retention efforts, cleaning all common areas and vacant apartments, etc.
Hours for this position are based on need. Busier times will require additional time spent working, for example busier rental months, snow blowing in winter, etc.
Pay for this position is free rent for a 2 bedroom apartment, $100.00 per rental and as well as a monthly salary and occupancy bonuses.
