Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for the precise execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, with a specific focus on the unique requirements of Nonprofit Fund Accounting. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys "hunting for the penny" to ensure every donor dollar is accounted for with 100% accuracy.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Disbursement
- FullCycle AP: Manage the endtoend payable process, including vendor setup,
Controls Policy.
- Expense Allocation: Ensure every invoice is accurately allocated across program
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Manage the monthly reconciliation of all corporate
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Integration
- Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash, check, and digital donations.
- Resale Store Integration: Oversee the daily financial data flow from Resale Store
- operations ($1.5M annual revenue), reconciling pointofsale reports with bank deposits.
- InKind Tracking: Record and track noncash donations (food, clothing) to ensure
Payroll & Labor Allocation
- BiWeekly Payroll: Execute fullcycle payroll, ensuring accurate tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and 100% compliance with labor regulations.
- GrantLinked Labor: Precisely allocate labor costs to specific grants based on
Grant Administration
- Restricted Fund Tracking: Monitor the "ticking and tying" of restricted vs.
- Reimbursement Prep: Assemble the supporting documentation (AP invoices and

Skills and Professional Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Mastery of GAAP and Fund Accounting (FASB ASC 958) is required.
- Technological Fluency: Expert proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge preferred.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 13 years of accounting experience is preferred but not required.
