What You’ll Do
- Lead Through Leaders: Develop and mentor shift leads to ensure they are setting clear expectations, holding teams accountable, and delivering results
- Drive Results: Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all overnight operations — from sweeping and pressure washing to client property standards
- Promote Culture: Reinforce Katsam’s core values — Team First, Accountability, Dependability, and a Welcoming Positive Attitude — while fostering a strong, supportive, and high-performing work environment
- Oversee Operations: Monitor routes, manage real-time challenges, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure Communication: Act as the bridge between night and day operations, ensuring smooth handoffs and no gaps in service
- Coach & Train: Onboard new team members, strengthen skills, and create opportunities for growth and improvement
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, fleet management, or logistics
- Strong track record of developing leads and holding teams accountable for results
- Skilled in balancing efficiency and quality while maintaining positive morale
- Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with fleet management/GPS software a plus
- Valid Class E Driver’s License (or ability to obtain)
