CDL Driver

Katsam Property Services/Gettier Commercial is hiring for CDL Drivers to support our growing property maintenance operations. This is NOT a long-haul or freight job — this is local, route-based work where drivers are part of the field team.

We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and team-first attitude. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind getting out of the truck and helping on-site, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate multiple truck types: sweeper, dump, trash, roll-off, and vacuum trucks
• Service local commercial properties (shopping centers, HOAs, office parks)
• Load, transport, and dump roll-off containers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT safety regulations
• Assist field crews on-site
• Operate skid loaders and equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Help maintain yard operations including debris separation
  
  

Important: This Is NOT Just a Driving Job

• Driving is the primary duty—but not the only one
• Must be willing to get out of the truck and help
• Hands-on, physical, team-oriented role
  
  

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with roll-off or dump trucks
• Skid loader or heavy equipment experience
• Background in property maintenance or construction
