- Lead and support a large team of part-time and full-time janitorial employees across multiple buildings
- Build and maintain consistent schedules to ensure coverage during planned and unplanned absences
- Monitor quality standards and crew performance — hold your team accountable with care and clarity
- Partner with customers and account managers to maintain satisfaction and resolve concerns within 24 hours
- Track and report facility-level results, including staffing, payroll, overtime, and profitability
- Maintain adequate inventory and supplies so teams can focus on service — not shortages
- Foster a “Team First” culture built on accountability, dependability, and a welcoming, positive attitude
