Overview
We are looking for a candidate who is personable, positive, and organized, possesses a high degree of accuracy in their work, shows attention to detail, is a strong listener with good communication skills (on the phone and in-person), and possess the ability to use and operate all technical equipment and systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in the mental health field and have previous CNA, EMT, medical tech, or direct patient care experience. BLS is required.
Description
Essential Functions: The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

· Provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients undergoing dTMS treatments.
· Assist mental health providers with patient care, intakes, and assessments.
· Perform vital sign monitoring and ensure accurate medical documentation.
· Manage the patient check-in process, including scheduling and front-office support.
· Ensure all TMS equipment is functioning properly, performing routine maintenance as needed.
· Document technical support activities and report any equipment concerns.
· Communicate effectively with the clinical team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health and TMS therapy.
· Documents concisely, precisely, and accurately on all records or documents as indicated by policy.
· Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patients, clients, and company information
· Participates in department and company meetings, as well as professional development activities.
· Understands HIPAA regulations and maintains confidentiality of all employee, company, patient, and/or vendor information.
· Has read and understands the company’s HIPAA Privacy Policy and complies with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHAA, Employee Handbook, and all other company policies and procedures.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in a related field preferred)
· Experience working in a healthcare setting with medical terminology knowledge and prior patient care experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
· Ability to take vitals and understand medical documentation.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills—a key part of providing emotional support.
· Strong technical aptitude to operate and maintain dTMS equipment.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience supporting military and veteran populations is highly valued. Preference given to Veterans.
· Demonstrates a proven record in setting and meeting company objectives.
· Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
· Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven history in effective customer and inter-company communication.
· Demonstrates proficient organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
· Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve departmental and company objectives.
· Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
