* Schedule is 5 days a week; overtime is available
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
* Must organize and prioritize daily responsibilities & work with a sense of urgency and responsibility

* Learns from mistakes and is able to react and respond quickly to issues.
* Will ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes, portioning, preparation and serving standards.
