Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in sushi preparation and Deep knowledge of fish (cleaning shima-aji, madai etc)
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Summary: Prepares and presents sushi and related food products to customers
- Demonstrates high-level knife skills and special skills associated with sushi prep, production and presentation
- Stores foods in designated areas following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
-Making the right decision for the business.
- Keeps up with peak production and service hours
Pay: $1200 - $1500/ week depending on experience.
