Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support business processes within SAP systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform data analysis and develop insights using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Create and maintain process maps and workflows using tools like Miro.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support global trade operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
- Experience in process mapping and workflow visualization (e.g., Miro or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Global Trade Operations or supply chain functions.
