We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Analyst to support process optimization, data analytics, and global trade operations. This role requires a strong blend of SAP functional knowledge, process mapping expertise, and data visualization skills to drive operational efficiency and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes within SAP environments to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows using tools such as Miro or similar platforms.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support global trade operations and ensure process alignment.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process improvements.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within existing workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems (functional/process side).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Proven expertise in process mapping and workflow design (Miro or equivalent tools).
- Solid understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting global trade or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with SAP modules related to logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
- Exposure to data-driven decision-making environments.
