The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for, electronic billing, investigating claims, filing reconsiderations/appeals and analyzing supporting documents to resolve complaints and related duties, including, serving as a liaison between insurance carriers and patients. The Claims Resolution Specialist works closely with the Billing Director and Billing Manager in supporting all Billing Department functions.
