Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on-site. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean work area by disposing of waste materials properly and following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Requirements
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols on the job site.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions (such as heat, rain, and snow.)
- Able to lift and carry 70 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working overtime consistently.
Pay Range
$20.00-$25.00 DOE
