At BrightStar Care of Pullman/Calumet City, we deliver more than healthcare - we deliver hope, dignity, and peace of mind. As a locally owned and nurse-led home care and home health agency, we provide compassionate skilled nursing and homemaker services throughout Chicago’s South Side and surrounding communities.
We’re expanding our outreach team and seeking a motivated Marketing, Sales & Community Outreach Specialist to help us connect with families, referral partners, and organizations that can benefit from our award-winning care. This role combines strategic marketing, direct sales, and community engagement to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the local healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our Home Health and Home Care services.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads through referral relationships, direct outreach, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, senior centers, case managers, discharge planners, and community leaders.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to convert leads into active clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and community partnerships.
- Lead and train field marketers to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and sales performance.
- Attend community events, health fairs, and networking sessions to promote BrightStar Care services.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with vendors and local organizations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission of “A Higher Standard of Care.”
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development (home care, home health, or senior care experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a strong plus.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and digital marketing platforms.
- A passion for helping others and connecting people to quality care.
