Title: Data Governance Analyst.
Location : Albany, NY

Other preferred but not mandatory requirements:
- Healthcare experience; Medicaid experience; NYS Medicaid experience
Responsibilities:
- Translate data governance strategy into actionable processes, standards, and controls.
- Draft and socialize policies and procedures (e.g., data stewardship, data quality, metadata management, access, retention).
- Support governance forums (councils/work groups/committees), agendas, notes, and decision logs.
- Define metadata standards, support MDM/reference data processes).
- Project management activities such as action items tracking, meeting organization, facilitation, note taking, communications
- Must have: great writing skills and attention to details! I expect clean and clear writing with minimal rework.

- Data Management Strategy Roadmapping – Implementation Planning
- Data governance policy, standards, and SOP development
- Business glossary and metadata management toolkit development
- Stewardship RACI, training materials, and communications
