Warehouse Attendant Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Attendant with a positive attitude to join our team at GrowNScale. The Warehouse Attendant will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and hand tools, and performing various tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Warehouse Attendant or in a similar role is preferred

Experienced forklift operator with proficiency in handling heavy freight

Must be able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (both propane and electric)

Forklift certification is a strong plus

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Self-motivated with a strong work ethictakes initiative without waiting for instructions

Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members

Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Warehouse Attendant Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse materials

Warehouse Attendant Job Details
Position: Warehouse Attendant (1099 Contractor)
Pay: $15.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, based on warehouse operations
Location: Boca Raton
