The Opportunity – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proven leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and field operations while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with general contractors, field superintendents, estimators, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)

• Oversee all phases of commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out

• Manage budgets, schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and field leadership to resolve design or installation issues

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation

• Drive accountability, communication, and high performance across teams

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

Qualifications – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commercial construction processes

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)

• Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)

• Bonus: Profit-sharing based

• 401(k): 4% company match

• Health Insurance: 80% company-paid for employee
