Job Description
The Store Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of materials within the facility’s storeroom. This role supports plant operations by receiving, stocking, issuing, and returning parts while maintaining proper documentation and inventory accuracy. The attendant will also assist with replenishing remote storage locations, delivering parts throughout the plant, and upholding all safety and 5S housekeeping standards. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipts & Put-Away
- Receive incoming materials and validate documentation.
- Accurately stock and stage parts in designated storage areas.
- Apply proper bin labeling and maintain organized storage locations.
Issuances & Returns
- Issue materials and parts to internal departments as requested.
- Process returned goods and ensure accurate system updates.
- Replenish remote storeroom locations and deliver parts throughout the facility.
Inventory Management
- Perform routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support reordering, stock rotation, and inventory labeling.
- Relocate inventory as needed to improve space utilization and workflow.
Housekeeping & System Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized storeroom environment aligned with 5S standards.
- Update system transactions, records, and documentation accurately.
Recommended Skills & Competencies

Education Requirements
