As a Benefits Enrollment Advisor, you'll help individuals and families understand their coverage options, recommend and sell life and supplemental health insurance, and guide clients through applications and enrollment.
We welcome applicants at all career stages. Whether you're a recent high school graduate, a college student or graduate, an experienced professional, or someone transitioning from a trade or another industry, we encourage you to apply if you can meet the role’s schedule and licensing requirements.
A college degree and previous insurance experience are not required. We value clear communication, reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
This is a 1099 independent contractor insurance sales opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage.
Our commitment is to provide the preparation, resources, and guidance that support your development as you build your client base.
Seven Ways We Support Your Development
1. A clear starting plan
Your onboarding follows a structured development plan so you understand what you're learning, what comes next, and how to prepare for working with clients.
2. Guidance through licensing
We help you understand the licensing process. Qualified applicants may receive Life & Health Licensing Scholarship assistance. Eligibility, covered expenses, and any applicant-paid costs or repayment conditions will be explained before costs are incurred.
3. Training focused on the actual work
Develop your understanding of insurance products, client needs, coverage explanations, and accurate applications through structured learning and coaching.
4. One-on-one professional coaching
Receive guidance and feedback from experienced leaders as you develop your communication, sales, and client service skills.
5. Company-provided leads
Access company-provided leads to help you begin building your client base and applying the skills you develop during onboarding.
6. A defined client engagement process
Use a clear framework to guide client conversations: Discover, Educate, Recommend, Enroll, and Support. This gives you a consistent process to learn and improve.
7. Support beyond onboarding
Continue receiving coaching, mentorship, and professional development as you begin serving clients. Leadership opportunities may become available based on sustained performance.
You bring the effort, accountability, and willingness to learn; we provide the development resources and professional guidance described above. Our goal is to help you build the skills and habits that support long-term success.
