Duties
- Engage in sales activities by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
- Monthly Quota
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, quotes preparation, and follow-up correspondence.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance products, and market trends to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales plans and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- General Lines Property & Casualty license Required
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property & casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for client management.
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills paired with outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Experience with telemarketing techniques and client communication strategies to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
